[IRCA] TA trace in Victoria, BC

A wispy, barely there carrier on 1566.000 this evening, mostly just visible in Spectran from 0440 to past 0500 UT, maybe 40 seconds at a time.  Unlike the carrier heard on Cortes Island, this one is pretty much just one trace, not spread around by Doppler effects.
