[IRCA] IRCA positions available

Currently, DX Monitor, the soft and hard copy publications of the International Radio Club of America, has openings for various positions including Broadcasting Information column editor AND a publishing position which is currently being handled on an interim basis by Phil Bytheway. Anybody wishing to volunteer for one of these positions can contact Phil at  Phil_Tekno@xxxxxxxxx  or via usps mail at Phil Bytheway, 9705 Mary NW, Seattle WA 98117. I'm sure Phil would be glad to explain the job in detail, and the person volunteering would be a hero to the club membership.
