My 3:30 PM PST check revieled a handfull of Oregonians with an EE under 1360 and 1530 Sac,Ca. but no 1520 Or. so there is an improvement in skip conditions over most of last week.With the sun higher in the skly these days it might not last too much longer.Bill in BC
