[IRCA] ULR DX Tonight........2 UNIDS....NEED HELP...these should be easy...but can't solve 'em?????

Hi Guys:

 2 UNIDS from tonights SUNSET SKIP Session.......I have exhausted my
searches on the Internet and come up empty. I have enough details here
that these should be easy....but I'm stumped?? Any help appreciated!!

RADIO USED....SONY SRF-T615 ULR Barefoot

Fox Sports Radio Promos @ 1815 EST Tune In. ID as "FOX SPORTS
RADIO...North East Pennsylvania's Sports Authority..Fox Sports
Radio..the GAME". Into Sports talk @ 1817 EST.

Only Sports Station on 1440 from PA is  WGLD Manchester Township
and they are listed as ESPN???? Did they change their Sports
Affiliation lately??? Is there a New Station in PA that is Fox Sports?

Anyone in PA that can confirm who this is???

1490 UNID  UNID LOCATION  Mar/08/10  1830 EST   EE  FAIR
Male DJ with LOCAL Weather....said High of 55 Degrees tomorrow.
ID several times as "MCJ Newstalk Sports Network" Could have been
"NCJ" instead of MCJ.

Only thing I can see on 1490 is the "ALLEGHENY News Talk Sports
Network"...with WMGW Meadville PA....but he definitely wasn't
saying "ALLEGHENY"......heard 3 distinct letters only...either
MCJ or NCJ.

Into Sports Talk @ 1831 EST.
UNID...NEED HELP??
