[IRCA] KGOW-1560 heard in Toronto

Thanks to e-mail tips, heard KGOW overpowering New York's waste of a good 
frequency (anyone remember when they were classical WQXR? I sure do!) with 
Sporting News Radio sports talk, ToH ID: "you're listening to the locally 
owned and operated sports radio station in Houston, KGOW 1560 AM Bellaire, 
Texas".
