[IRCA] KGOW-1560

Unsurprisingly, KGOW is also being heard here in southern Alberta, about 
even with KKAA.   I haven't seen anyone else mention it, but I notice 
KGOW is also noticeably off-frequency, at about 1559.93 or so.
