Is that thick dust on the tops of the eqipment in the first photo?
Maybe a dust bunny will short some stuff out in the IBOC chain. :)

690, 1060, 1080 and 1110 are the most I-BLOCked channels.

Yes, KEX's IBOC is terrible, but the worst at night here is KSL, hands
down. between 1160 & 1190, often, it wipes out the 1170-1180 area
easily, depending on cx. Sometimes, the frequencies are decent too.
