I'll add a few more cents to this thread.  As Scott noted KATD did move 
their xmtr to near Sacramento and they are beamed to cover Sacramento.  
Why Sacto & not S.F.?  Because they run // with KIQI-San Francisco on 
1010. Here in the city 990 is often bothered by Santa Barbara and the 
Baja station once dark begins to arrive or at SRS.
