I dont think Atlanta "Radio Korea" is on any other stations ni the amrket.
technically, there's nothing saying they have to do anything but shut the
transmitter off. YOURE SUPPOSED to do a legal id at sign on and sign off,
but that rule is seemingly never enforced.

I know plenty of stations who cut off in mid sentence or mid song.
