KCKX is fairly close to this QTH. I haven't listened to it for a while but it is definitely SS REL as I type. It used to be classic old CW, then they split the day in half with both that and SS and it was that way for quite a while maybe 7-8 years or more.. Whether it's SS REL all day I'm not sure.
