[IRCA] west coast TA, quiet quality
Ahem, Iran on 1503, new country....
This is really weak when it deigns to appear at all (1503 is a pretty quiet channel here), but yes, similar sounding mx on the web stream, man started talking in the murk, then 30 seconds later, he starts on the webstream....am I pleased? You bet.
At 0108UT, it made a brief and better appearance with a few seconds of middle eastern singing by man.
