[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 8 Nov 2009

    Still a few interesting signals, but definitely the worst day of 
the  last several here.  In general Japan seemed favoured, with the big 
guns doing very well (particularly 693), and a number of the second tier 
ones in also.  The best catch was likely NHK on 846, which is a rare 
visitor here.
   The Chinese were down somewhat, with the exception of 1206, which 
had one of its best signals of the season for some reason.  VOA Thailand 
was down to weak audio today after doing very well the past 3 mornings.
