The "pop pirates" came shortly after my logs BUT where not as "slick" as stations like wmex and wins. I certainly don't recall "pop pirates" announcing their records in rhyme! Even after all these years I still recall Mad Daddy on wins say "Mad Daddy chasing your Monday blues and scoobie do's..." what ever they were hi!

What was the very high power top forty station in Europe back
in the sixties, was that Radio Veronica?
My old memory isn't doing so well at recalling much from
those days.
