[IRCA] TP's today
As others have pointed out, TPs are back in numbers. Reception seemed
slightly below average for this time of year in Seattle. Or at least
slightly below average for this season. JOIB-747 was still there with
threshold audio at 1557UT, but nothing was heard at 1600.
The following results are from SDR files, starting at the high end of
the dial at 1025 UT, and working down the band an hour at a time in
200kHz segments. So the 1400/1500's were roughly at 1025-1125UT, the
600/700's were at 1425-1535UT, etc
