Listened from 1244-1353 utc.  Much improved condtions this morning. Lower
channels improved as sunrise approached. Weird 576 with audio, but can't
match // 594 for NHK1 because JOAK to weak. Lower channel around longer
than the powerhouses on 1566 & 1575.

153    RUSSIA, 1248 fair with man in Russian.
189    RUSSIA, 1244 fair with music.
234    RUSSIA, 1249 fair with man in Russian.
279    RUSSIA, 1250 weak with music.
558    JAPAN, JOCR 1252 weak.
567    JAPAN, JOIK 1346 weak with Japanese.
576    JAPAN?, 1332 weak signal, seemed like Japanese,594 no audio
       to check //.  Weak at 1339, can't get audios to match with 594.
594    JAPAN, JOAK 1337 fair to weak, muffled audio.
603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1336 HLSA fair with woman in Korean and music.       
657    DPR KOREA, 1329-1330 good for two minutes // 3320.
666    JAPAN, JOBK 1341 fair with woman in Japanese.
693    JAPAN, JOAB 1257 fair for a few seconds then back to carrier.
738    TAWAIN, fishery 1300-1303 weak at times with man/woman in Chinese.   
774    JAPAN, JOUB 1206 good with man in Japanese.
828    JAPAN, JOBB 1207 weak. 1343 good.
1134   CHINA, CRN1 1320-1322 good with Chinese // 5030.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1317 weak.
1458   UNKNOWN 1311 threshold audio at times.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1313 fair carrier, low audio.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1314 weak to fair with woman in Vietnamese.
