1216 utc had 164 Mongolia at weak level--relatively good for the times I've 
heard it--and even stronger than the Radio Rossii freqs except for 153.
Later, Japan on 747 poor, 774 weak, 828 poor at 1312 utc.
Eventually DU got stronger, 531 poor with music; 567 poor at 1310; 612 
poor/weak; 891 with two stations trading places for dominant level, hitting 
weak/medium for 4TAB at 1325 with "Australia's National Racing Network 4TAB" 
heard; 1116 poor.
891 continuing with 5AN until fadeout around 1335.
The highlight was having Mongolia at such decent level early on.
