I don't know why that is but I allways let the KGO towers know that they are number one when I drive buy them every darn day.. KFI is no longer a problem here. Did the change antenna/pattern??? In 84 there signal was so strong at night I would wait hours for the slightest dip in strenght just to hear a faint mumbling underneath...
