[IRCA] minimal west coast TA signs
Tonight had a weak carrier on 783 as early as 0440UT, and 10 minutes later, one on 1566 as well, just barely audible by BFO. 1566 was quite badly smeared over a couple of Hertz, presumably indicating propagation anomalies of some kind.
783 is still fading in and out just before 0600UT, and had a Spectran visible carrier on 621 for a few minutes also which is a first here for this time of year.
