[IRCA] Asian DX near the Summer Solstice

The only Asian I can recall hearing near the summer solstice was a 
Russian transmitter on 1525, of all things, on June 16, 1974 at 1100 UTC.

This was heard at home here in Seattle.

Not a bad signal for mid June, especially with the splash from KFBK's 
sign on.
