Listened from 1302-1306 utc.  Got up late this morning.  The only TP around was HLAZ, was surprised
to hear them with a nice signal.  Audio matched carrier strength.


1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1302 good signal with man in Japanese.
