[IRCA] SRF59 tuner issues

Gary,

  In the 59, the rotor seems to me to be under a lot of stress/pressure from
the way it is mounted in its case, clam-shelled between the top and lower
case.    The pressure to turn the rotor is subsequently more than in the 39
series and may force it against the stator plates unevenly, accelerating
breakdown.  The 39 has a similar design, but even considering the better
dial access, it seems to turn with less pressure.
