[IRCA] TP for 20 Apr from Victoria, BC
1240 to 1300UT listening this morning, and possibly the worst performance yet. Just some of the regulars, and those that produced signals did so briefly.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
nope
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):
828 JOBB
HLAZ 1566 at 1249, large carrier
VoA 1575 at 1251
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
JOUB 774
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
594 JOAK likely per direction
612 likely 4QR per direction
738 Tahiti likely per direction
1053 100Hz hum
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
972
