[IRCA] TA for 30 Mar from Victoria, BC
Bits of audio on 1215 this evening at 0345UT, mx and man talking, mostly in the splash, but there. 855 was almost there in the splash also.
Carriers on some odd channels, as well as some expected: 1503 1413 1341 1269 1206 1134 1116 1089 1008 999 927 864 783 774 (765 756 both very faint) 621 576
