I wouldn't wish flooding conditions on anyone but have to say that if KFGO is running ND because of the emergency, give it a shot. The good ground conductivity in ND has already been discussed on these pages and I would like to confirm it. I drove all over ND and SD a couple of years ago and was amazed at how well the KFGO signal carried.
