ABDX Presents the WHTB 1400 Test!

Thanks to Jay Rogers:

WHTB/1400-Fall River, Ma. will conduct its DX test this Sunday from  
1-2 E.D.T./05:00-06:00 G.M.T. (to accommodate European DXers).
