[IRCA] WSTK Changes to WAVQ

Just for the record:


1400   WAVQ   NC.   Jacksonville noted 2/27 @ 1302 with new call sign 
(x-WSTK). ABC News continues at :55. Of note, when I have heard a legal 
ID, it's almost like a passing comment, "WAVQ 1400 Jacksonville," amid 
general talk. Preferred "ID"/slogan is "The Wave." Though Bill Hale 
won't confirm it, hi, I hold the GY mileage record for WSTK/WAVQ....at 
2.869 miles. Come on folks, how difficult can it be to beat that?! (MH-NC)
