Thanks for the tip about using a software program to check for the tone or
morse signal. I'll have to try that.
(Further checks of other Reloj frequencies tonight haven't turned up
anything so far, for aural checks.)

Using software like Spectran or Spectrogram can help decide if it's worth
listening for Radio Reloj on a particular channel. The 1000Hz TOM tone
and 1800Hz RR Morse ID are often easy to see even under other stations.
