[IRCA] TP's for 2-22-09

This was an interesting morning, early on, I was not impressed with TPs,
as JOAK,  JOUB, etc are rather poor. But the top end is more
interesting, noting JJ NHK 1 on 1584!!! Not bad at times //594 at 1510
UTC. Also Thailnd 1575 good, HLAZ 1566 fair, 1557 Taiwan fair, 1548
fair, 1593 CC good.   Also noted at 1445 780 KNOM & 850 KICY coming in
good, along with 640 KYUK and 670 KDLG (Including their IBOC on 660 &
680). 
   770 CHQR totally dominant with KTTH buried.
