[IRCA] Victoria TP's for Feb 17 09
Seemed like a deterioration from the last couple of days; mostly the big guns,
and not much else. Listened from 1410 to 1420UT, and stopped by at 1450 and
1510UT. Signal levels seemed to be dropping right from 1410UT
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
594 JOAK at 1410
774 JOUB
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):
828 JOBB at 1413UT
972 HLCA 1413UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
279 R. Rossii at 1416
567 JOIK likely at 1414UT; JJ talk but no 594 parallel at this time
639 CNR-1 //5030 at 1415UT
693 JOAB //774 at 1416
747 JOIB at 1448UT //774
873 JOGB //774 at 1415
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
702 two stations; one seemed //774 for NHK2 (774 was JOUB not 3LO)
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 855 hum,
1098 DU, 1206, 1242, 1566
