[IRCA] CKOO 1240 Oliver?

Good Evening,
This evening while trying for my most wanted Washington
state station KGY 1240, at 0248 utc I heard 10?? (FM?) "Easy Rock"
1240 Oliver. Is this CKOO? NRC AM Radio log has CJOR listed on
1240 and in Osoyoos. I did not hear the call letter, just "Easy Rock"
1240 Oliver. Any help appreciated.
