[IRCA] U.S. Army Corps of Engineers TIS Question
In 2006, while visiting relatives in Missouri, I logged 2 U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers TIS operations. No call letters were heard. There was
a station on 530 kHz and one on 1610 kHz. A report was sent to the Mark
Twain Lake Project Office in Monroe City, MO., but no reply to the
original or f/up reports. Reception was just off I-70 East, near Highway
54 (Callaway County - perhaps 5 or 10 miles from the City of Fulton).
Question. Does anyone know the call sign(s) and the location (near which
towns) of these two stations? Just trying to clean up files where possible.
