[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 1-23-09

Listened from 1345-1440 utc and conditions were very good for this time of the year.  After a great TA night the TP's were very good with carriers all over the band and it was more like the fall than January.  Audio was heard on 567, 594, 603, 648, 693, 774 and 828.
