[IRCA] KBS 1044

Hi Guy!

I just listened to you 1044 clip of the South Korean on your blog with 
great interest.  You have HLCI relaying HLKR.

I heard the following:
"A time check for 8 o'clock. AM 864 kHz. FM 98.9 MHz ??? kHz(?) KBS 
Gangneung - Radio imnida. HLKR."

I can't make out the third frequency.

What this means is that they were relaying the provincial level regional 
station HLKR in Gangneung. 

Somewhere I have a picture of that transmitter site...Maybe someday I 
will locate it.
