[IRCA] TP for 4 Jan from Victoria, BC

Only listened from 1540 to 1555UT this morning, and it wasn't great; certainly not as good as yesterday.   Dennis' loggings earlier seem to imply that I may not have heard much more by starting earlier.

Strangely, there were strong carriers on 747, 774 and 828, but no sign of audio except for some weak talk on 774.  Implication is that NHK2 had already signed off?

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 

none


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise): 

972 HLCA usual big carrier


not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

567 JOIK //594 at 1545UT
594 JOAK 
1287 JOHR at 1543UT
1566 HLAZ w/ usual big carrier



Burbles in the splatter and noise:

1503 seemed //567 at 1549, so JOUK
1575 likely VoA


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 738 DU, 855 w/hum, 864, 1098 DU, 1134, 1206
