Listened for 1417-1510 utc  Much improved conditions than in the recent
week.  Conditions really picked up after 1430.

153        RUSSIA, 1430 fair with flute music.
279        RUSSIA, 1428 weak with flute music.
558        JAPAN, JOCR 1432 very weak with Japanese.
594        JAPAN, JOAK 1506 weak with man in Japanese.
648        RUSSIA, VoR 1434 fair to almost good with Korean talk.
657        DPR of KOREA, 1503 very weak with music.
693        JAPAN, JOAB 1436 weak with a lot of splatter.
774        JAPAN, JOUB, 1449 good with Japanese-English conversation
828        JAPAN, JOBB, 1451 good with "I love this new computer, it's so fast".
1566      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1452 fair signal, low audio.
1575      THAILAND, VOA 1454 weak with woman in Burmese (Pals)
