[IRCA] TP for 12 Dec from Victoria, BC
Started at 1445UT this morning, and rapidly went into "stop by every once in awhile" mode. Conditions were quite poor with even the NHK2 powerhouses being at very poor strength (747 didn't show any audio at all).
There was a sunrise lift as Walt was lucky enough to note. I wasn't listening right at 1535, but most of the strengths noted below were from around 1540UTC.
JOBB-828 was still hanging in at 1600UT, not strong, but there. HLAZ was still delivering a little audio at 1615UT, but any others were long gone. Half a dozen carriers remain at 1700UT.
