Things are actually pretty lively, just very erratic; nothing stays in for more than a minute if that.
1215 w/EE talk, 1089 w/ talk, but too much splatter, 999 as mentioned earlier, 702 muffled talk, 1008 mx
1053 has two stations, though mostly just carriers. One is about 17Hz high, nothing like that on the mwoffset list.
