[IRCA] 1323 also in
VOR on 1323 is also propagating at 06:19 UTC at fair to good levels....this is the best audio I've heard down here for a while. Yes, I would have loved to have been up on the Charlottes tonight! A message for Chuck Hutton re west coast of Vancouver Island:
