Bruce, PAL, I believe was accurate a few years ago with reference to the FE Russian stations....when Russia was in the extreme doldrums economically. When the price of oil shot back up, and Putin became president, all this changed...I think this is reflected in much longer transmission times, and the consolidation of most radio stations into state-run organizations. I would suggest that many of the listed lower power private stations are long gone off of the air......Walt Salmaniw.
