Good Morning:

Listened from 1415-1510 utc.  Conditions similiar to yesterday morning 
but with less Chinese and more Japanese stations.

279       RUSSIA, 1415 weak with music.
558       JAPAN, 1506 in late and weak with woman in Japanese.
567       JAPAN, 1419 fair with man in Japanese.
594       JAPAN, JOAK 1420 weak with man in Japanese.
693       JAPAN, JOAB 1508 another one with late audio, fair.
747       JAPAN JOIB 1442 nice signal, coverered in KXL splatter.
774       JAPAN, JOUB 0724 fair with man in Japanese.  1421 good
             with English.  Story about New York City.  Great signal at 1510,
             no splatter from domestic stations.  
828       JAPAN, JOBB 1444 not heard on this scan, good on second scan.
891       JAPAN, JOHK 1448 seldom heard here with weak signal, //594.
1062     UNKNOWN, 1451 weak Asian talk, nothing heard on this channel
             before.
1134      JAPAN, JOQR 1453 weak with Japanese talk and splatter. Good at
              1501 with woman in Japanese, China underneath.  
1206     CHINA, 1228 weak to fair at times.  Program was not // 7120.
1287     JAPAN, JOHR 1455 probably the weak station with singing.
1377     CHINA, 1448 could be the station with threshold audio.
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1433 strong signal with weak
             audio in Chinese.
1593     CHINA, CRN1 1435 mostly weak signal with United States mentioned.
              during Chinese broadcast.
