[IRCA] Victoria morning TP's for 11-08-08 - actually awake

Conditions down over last night -

Standouts were Japan on 594khz with solid audio for about 10 minutes.
(A 9 on my DX150B with 4' Passive loop)

Listened from 1500UTC to 1530UTC

Other carriers and wispy audio on;
567, 621, 639, 648, 738, 747, 828, 963, 972 and 1278.

I actually had audio on 1278 last night before 0700 UTC.
