Good Morning:

Listened from 1415-1428 utc.  Conditions here seem to be dropping
after first scan through band.  One only Russian long-wave heard.
K-4 seems to be taking it's toll.  Thanks to Colin's earlier posting,
was able to here Japan at 0720 utc.  

279       RUSSIA, 1416 good with piano music.
567       JAPAN, JOIK weak with Japanese.
594       JAPAN, JOAK 1417 fair with Japanese talk. Good at 1426.
657       DPR OF KOREA, 1426 fair with music.
693       JAPAN, JOAB 1418 weak with music 
774       JAPAN, JOUB 1420 weak, better 7 hours earlier.
828       JAPAN, JOBB 1421 good with two men in Japanese.
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1423 just a level 4 carrier.
1575     THAILAND, VOA another level 4 carrier.
