Walt,
A very slight carrier on 1575 a while ago, but nothing close enough to
show audio. The "K" is elevated up to 2 a bit ago. The A was still 0. I
still don't know who my unid was on 1575 up until 0800 last night. The
music sounded techno. I wonder if it was the German running VoR?
