[IRCA] Victoria TP's for Wednesday Oct 15 Prediction

I am prepared to make a prediction based
on how WWV on 5000khz is shaking around -
There appears to be an aurora brewing...

Morning listening: Down from today - perhaps
a tad or predominantly DU.

Some of you might remember me as the 
propagation "specialist" from CIDX in the
mid-seventies... I was right about 35% of the
time. ;-)
