[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 9-29
Good Morning,
Conditions continue to improve here, and this morning was the strongest
propagation for the last few days (although not up to outstanding levels).
It provided some new audio catches on both the modified ICF-2010 and E100
Ultralight, and it was finally worth getting up early..
756 came up in audio at 1335 in what was apparently Chinese, but too
weak to make a positive language ID until the recording is reviewed. This was
on both the modified 2010 and "Slider" E100, which surprisingly is not much
behind the 30" ICF-2010 in sensitivity. 945 also had weak audio for the first
time this season, but KJR-950 slop was just too much to ID anything. Other
frequencies had pretty strong reception from Asia, with booming powerhouses
and lots of interesting carriers all over the band.
Hope you all had fun!
73, Gary
