[IRCA] Today's Ultralight DX Loggings....2 NEW ONES....+ a UNID...Need Hep!!

Hi Guys:

  A little ULR DXing through the night and a bit at Sunset netted me 2 NEW 
Stations for the ULR Log and a UNID that I need help with!!

Radios used for these Loggings are the SONY SRF-T615 and SANGEAN DT-400W 
ULTRALIGHTS
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

My ULR Log Totals are now.....................473 STATIONS Heard.

UNID....Need Help...can't find anything on the net???
