When I have gone to the Lower Mainland (BC), I would take I-5 to Blaine,
then just before the border, I would take the truck route and drive a
couple miles to the East and them North and cross the border. The lines
were never long there and the Peace Arch is always busy it seems. At
least in the past, crossing at the truck route was a piece of cake.
