I agree with you. There is nothing to stop any listener from "streaming" his or her favorite "over the air" broadcast station -- through the listeners own site or page. KingsRadio near Fresno, Ca. is doing just that. The station ownership has nothing to do with the "internet broadcast" of it's "over the air" broadcast station. The Listener Group is the sole operatior of the streaming -- not KingsRadio. See if you can even locate the feed.
