utc. Poor hets elsewhere.
Far East Russia LWBC 153, 180, 189, 234, 279 all weak to medium, 1216 utc.
1737 KUT, PNG beacon 1224 utc, very poor.
Wildblue satellite internet is down right now; this will get sent
eventually.
