     I enjoyed the visit greatly, especially the chance  to meet John, and 
also the opportunity to view your fine  antennas.  Your DXing location certainly 
gives you a tremendous  performance boost, and having spent a few nights in 
Grayland recently, I  certainly agree with your opinion of "location, location, 
location," hi.
